Where are you based?
is bowflex that bad for someone who just wants to get into shape, but doesn’t wanna bulk up? I don’t know much about home gyms, but it sounds good that it doesn’t take up a lot of space.
hello selling 1090 dumbells in excellent condition with free dvd and booklet plz contact me
Wow.. I love how these **** in videos like this give you “coupon codes” Which are total bullshit… That code is so he gets paid… Everytime someone enters those “coupon codes” it lets bowflex know that this ****** sent them that customer.. So he gets paid…. gay
The biggest OBJECTIVE comments about all Bowflex products are.
1. Over hyped.
2. Oover priced.
Cable/pulley systems using either weight stacks or weight plates are always superior, several well built brands like Powertec and BodySolid come with LIFE TIME no gribble guarantees. This speaks to the quality.
As far as the number of exercises, you got to be a rube if you think you can do 100 different exercises on a Bowflex.
Also there is endless adjustments.
Resistance bands are for babies. If you want to build muscle use free weights
this man is just after your money.
bahahaha funny!
wow,,, that was a waste of time
Not hating on the bowflex, but the resistance is actually progressive, which means that it increases as you contract your muscles.
who is guy? if hes a “fitness expert”, why does he look so tubby? fat *** needs some cardio
I have an Ultimate two and it’s awesome. I have always worked out on my free weights and last Oct. 2008 I got a Bo flex and started working out on it 6 days a week. It really has changed my body, much more cut. I still use my free weights 5 days per week as well.
sounds light an infomertial
ENDORSEMENT ALERT
those pictures have to be very old. he looks like he very young in those pics and now he looks much older. plus the guy is now fat so it didnt work. seems like it made him fatter……
His “after” pics, look like a bad photoshop job.
if you have hit puberty YES! 12 years old i weighed 97lbs. 2 years of lifting weights, push ups, pull ups, BOWFLEX. I weigh 172lbs. Trust me get a Bowflex and free weights.
Obviously an infomercial. Lame.
fake pics LOL! what a ****** bag. you win the ****** bag award, mr ******.
That was a review? That sounded like an infomercial. It seems like he just wants you to visit his site, so you can click on the link to Bowflex and/or use his promo code so he can get some sort of kickback. As far as being in shape goes, he has quite the double chin going on in the video which again leads me to believe he’s just trying to make a couple bucks. Not to mention that his “after” pictures look more like “before he got fat” pictures. I’m still looking for a genuine video review.. next.
Funny, thats what I thought also. Pushing his gut out for the photo….LMAO.
those implied “after photos” look like older photos, when he was younger.
Definitely not. Just use Bodyweight exercises till your about 16 years old or more.
do u think i should get the boflex @ age 13 ?
I believe that’s the one with those fixed arms that pivot on a circular axis but don’t extend.
That is the major problem there. Also, it has no lat tower and I believe no ‘floor’ pulleys which would be quite important for a huge variety of differing exercises.
As advanced as they may be, the spriral flex Bowflex machines are quite limitting in the variations because the arms don’t extend and no lat tower or floor pulleys.
The Ultimate 2 is better.
