Is it better to spread out exercise routines over numerous blocks or to do it all at the same time?

Hey guys, I have a workout question for all you gym buffs out there. I work out for 2 hours Monday-Thursday. I usually do my free weights/other exercises in blocks of 10-25 reps (or whatever you call them). I usually do this 3x. Is it better for me to do split up my workout into three blocks or to do them all at the same time.

Example: Lifting weights (35lbs) in 10 reps and spreading them out over 3 “blocks.”
OR
Lifting weights (35lbs) in 30 reps.
Thanks again.

Doesn’t matter when or 10 minutes here and 50 minutes there another hour 6 hours later.
It still the same effect doing them altogether.
Some doctors say it’s better that way and keeps you energized throughout the day. Some people it’s hard to run for 60 minutes straight, you get the same effect from running 20 minutes in morning 20 in after noon and 20 more at nite time. Whatever is comfortable for you.
I like to spread it out because it keeps my heart pumping throughout the day and i have more energy than draining myself by doing all at once then i dn’t have energy left to keep me going.
Hope i’m making sense lol.
Good luck
