Hey guys, I have a workout question for all you gym buffs out there. I work out for 2 hours Monday-Thursday. I usually do my free weights/other exercises in blocks of 10-25 reps (or whatever you call them). I usually do this 3x. Is it better for me to do split up my workout into three blocks or to do them all at the same time.

Example: Lifting weights (35lbs) in 10 reps and spreading them out over 3 “blocks.”
OR
Lifting weights (35lbs) in 30 reps.
