Is it too soon to get back on the treadmill or did my body get used to and remember the treadmill exercise routine and I can’t lose weight by doing that anymore?
I did interval workouts back then too.

start out slow and by going once a day until your heart rate slows down a bit and comes back to normal faster.
if your concerned you aren’t losing weight anymore, once you get used to the treadmill again, try doing more intense workouts, so that you’ll only have to work once a day for about an hour.
I say, take it slow. Maybe start with doing the treadmill every other day.
You will continue to gradually lose weight if you continue to use the treadmill. It’s just like walking.
I was in a weight lifting class and they taught us to do a routine every other day.
You can always lose weight by doing cardio exercises, but you can also change it up and do sprint exercises, and hill exercises…also try the cross trainer and the stationary bike as well as the stair stepper
try going back the treadmill once a week for about one hour or two. make sure you have some water in you before or after when you are exercising.
You can keep doing it again. You’ll have to start out slow again though. then work your way up. To go faster and faster. you should keep your routine and if you keep going up. You should lose wieght again
