		<description>The best way to get toned is to reduce your body fat. 

Try to cut soda, candy, and other junk food out of your diet.
Drink lots of water when you&#039;re hungry. Many times your body is really thirsty and it feels like your hungry. It can sometimes be quenched with a tall glass of water instead of a bag of cheetos.

 Do cardio! Try to start out running 1 mile per day and increase the distance each week or so.

As for getting more muscle tone, work different areas on different days. 
For example, one day work out your arms, and the next day work out your legs. Focus on doing quality movement in your reps instead of alot of weight.
