jumping jacks they work almost every muscle in the body!

definitely … CHANGED MY LIFE!
but you gotta be determined
you can join a pilates class. or get pilates tapes because that works really well. As long as you stick with it. You can also find excercises in magazines like Shape that are easy to do and are promised to be effective
Do a cardio workout.. It does wonders!!
3 day.. 1 off routine
1st day chest, triceps (plus 30 minutes cardio)
2nd day biceps, back (plus 30 minutes cardio)
3rd day shoulders, legs, abs (plus 30 minutes cardio)
4th day day off
then start off to the 1st day again
20 min jog, pushups, crunches, sit ups, any ab work you can do on a mat, squats, lunges(w or w/o weights) and some dumb bell work. Lots of stretches(very important) and proper DIET!
Go On The Trampoline 12 To 14 In Size And Do
5678
12345678 Toe Touch
12345678 Pike
Turn2345678 Hurkie
And Do 30 sets Of These Each Day
Then Try On Ground And Do 20 Running Roundoffs A Day!
The best way to get toned is to reduce your body fat.
Try to cut soda, candy, and other junk food out of your diet.
Drink lots of water when you’re hungry. Many times your body is really thirsty and it feels like your hungry. It can sometimes be quenched with a tall glass of water instead of a bag of cheetos.
Do cardio! Try to start out running 1 mile per day and increase the distance each week or so.
As for getting more muscle tone, work different areas on different days.
For example, one day work out your arms, and the next day work out your legs. Focus on doing quality movement in your reps instead of alot of weight.
Hope that helps!
Running. Running. Running. It burns the most calories, it tones up your stomach, legs, butt, everything.
Obviously, laying off “problem” foods, such as high fat, high carb, fast foods, processed foods, and sugars.
Try Denise Austin DVDs. . .she’s very positive, not fake, and I love her work out routines. You need to combine cardio with weight lifting. AND DON’T STOP. A toned body is something you have to keep up with. The slightest break, and you’ll get your love handles back. Good luck.
