		<description>weights are the best way to get toned. but you can try resistance bands. if you find weighs boring try doing them with a friend or a group of people. i never had biceps in my life and took a pump class in college and my buff friend at westpoint mind you just raved about my biceps which i got from lifting weights.</description>
