Exercise Routines?

okay so im not skinny not chubby and not fat
im not trying to lose weight.
just gain muscles
abs.
tri ceps.
bi ceps.
leg muscles.
and thts it.

i just want to have more muscles.

im 15 yrs old

could anyone give me good workout routines tht dont u dont need weights to do…

i used to have a six pack and i didnt do anything.
and they just went away
so if anyone could help tht would be great…

    weights are the best way to get toned. but you can try resistance bands. if you find weighs boring try doing them with a friend or a group of people. i never had biceps in my life and took a pump class in college and my buff friend at westpoint mind you just raved about my biceps which i got from lifting weights.

    look at self.com. there are always workout cards in the magazines too. try skipping, good old fashioned pushups, lunges, jumping jacks and stuff.

    Running, Pushups, Bicycle Crunches, Squats, Lunges. Pull ups

    Those are enough to get you fit and strong.
