Exercise Routine?
I was wondering what could be a good exercise routine for a 15 year old male trying to build his endurance and flexibility, and also build some muscle on every part of the body. Especially forearm.
Weight: 145
Height: 5′10

Look up tabata protocol. Do tabata sprints/pushups for endurance. And do pilates/yoga and you’re good.
