		<description>i wanted to tell you maybe you should make sure the doc has checked your thyroid,and getting with someone like a dietitian might help too,but try at least 10 min every day of some kind of walking and a little weight training ,lifting and strengthening Will help build muscle then muscle burns fat and eat high her protein hope this helps,and you asked a question before about a coin ,if the coin is an error coin it could be worth a lot of money like the ones that Pennsylvania goofed up on are now going to 50 dollars on eBay so i would make sure to get it checked and see before you just spend it i hope you didn&#039;t already...i just now saw the question or i would have responded sooner</description>
