An exercise bike is an excellent way to lose weight.
Spin classes are good. Cycling can help you but it depends on what resistance you have it on. If you have it at a resistance that is easy, nothing is going to happen.
Try a spin class or RPM class and see how you go

the bike ***** for loosing weight. ditch the crackers and bread and you will be amazed at what happens.
For sure you can lose weight on a bike! Don’t believe those fools you will burn calories riding a bike for sure. check out
It depends on what you eat while on the bike. Losing weight always comes down to what you eat.
Elliptical, cycles and spinners are a great way to burn calories. You can loose 1000 calories an hour on these depending on your intensity.
You need to raise the level on the bike and not leave it a the lowest possible. I usually run level 10 on a machine that has 20 levels.
Making it spin faster than the person next to you does not mean your doing better. The key really is to get your heart rate to 140ish for an hour three days a week.
I really like cycling myself and spend 3-7 hour a weekend riding my bicycle.
Just remember that the key to weight lose is your diet. There are plenty of skinny people who don’t go to the gym. The gym makes it easier by burning more calories. Watch what you eat and go to the gym for best results
