		<description>The concert would be nice but it would be a one time thing. The home gym is something that your get to keep for awhile. I would buy the home gym and a cd of your favorite artist. Isn&#039;t self-confidence and healthiness that lasts months and years worth more in the long run than a concert than will make you happy for a few hours?</description>

		<description>I would have to say miles for your treadmill otherwise you ran less than 1.5 miles, which can easily be walked in 30 minutes. Hope this helps.</description>

		<description>Run the fastest mile you can on a treadmill.  Then (if you can) add about a minute to that time + run the mile on a track. Try to go faster everytime.  If you can&#039;t, just run as long and as hard as you can on the treadmill.

(I run a 4:49 on the treadmill and a 5:32 on solid ground)</description>
