I’m looking to lose a little bit of weight but don’t have the time or money to invest in a gym membership or home gym equipment. So, what are some good workout routines for women to do at home, no equipment required. Specifically, I’m looking to work on my legs. I heard a lot of men like nice legs.
Oh, and I obviously know that eating right is key to getting to a healthy weight. So don’t tell me to lay off all things delicious, like carbs.
I have no confidence to go the gym so I was thinking of buying a some weights and a bench, would this work in helping me gain much muscle mass I want to gain 18 pounds and not sure what equipment I will need. Would I be able to get the right equipment with £100 or do I need a gym?
Any good tips for working out at home? I am due any day now with a baby boy, but I will not be able to take him out for walks yet (of course, once I have healed)… because of the harsh cold weather. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am currently expecting my second (and last child). I really want to get back into shape once the baby is born, so my husband and I are seriously considering purchasing a Boxflex home gym (he wants to use it as well). We already have purchased a good quality elliptical machine, so we want something that will work on muscle tone and definition. Plus, I **** free weights. Has anyone had good results with it? Does it only take 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week like they claim? Also, which model would you recommend?
