i have a club weider 550 weight bench system, my brother in law got it for over 0, i’ve had for about two years, its a really great home set with over five different workouts. i’d say anywhere between 0-300 is a reasonable ballpark to start…any suggestions where to post it?

1. equipemtns: bulk, large amount os spafe for homes
2. gyms have wide variety of large machines
3.travellers: can go to a gym instead of setting up a home gym
4. facilities : for most that can’t accomodate saunas or steam rooms.

I’m looking to lose a little bit of weight but don’t have the time or money to invest in a gym membership or home gym equipment. So, what are some good workout routines for women to do at home, no equipment required. Specifically, I’m looking to work on my legs. I heard a lot of men like nice legs.
Oh, and I obviously know that eating right is key to getting to a healthy weight. So don’t tell me to lay off all things delicious, like carbs.
