I’m a 16 year old girl, and i’m wanting to lose weight as most girls do. If i were to use a exercise bike every day for about 20 – 30 mins over the next few weeks, will i lose weight?
I am eating very healthy but over the last week or so i have stopped losing weight, so i that is why i’m thinking of using the bike

i heard someone talking about a exercise bike. You put this thing on the back tire of your bike to make a exercise bike… I was wondering what they are called and how much they cost

I am 2 cm dilated and 70% effaced. The babys in the -2 position. I am riding the exercise bike to help induce labor. When I am riding it it feels like a lot of pressure in my pelvic area and also in my butt. How long should I ride it for it to be effective? IS the pressure a good thing?
After research I found that the exercise bike does the same thing as walking. If I could walk I would but it is too hot outside for me to do so

I just want to lose the inner fat on my thighs, because if I lost that, my thighs wouldn’t touch, and I’d be extremely happy.
I can’t stand having bulk, so before I start an exercise program for myself, I need to know what an exercise bike really will do for my thighs.
Also, can I lose fat on my stomach with one? Can it replace treadmilling?
I KNOW ABOUT DIET! So please don’t say anything about it. >.<

is there any way i could get something to collect the energy that my exercise bike gives off? I think there is some way by buying some sort of converter or something but does anyone know a less expensive way?

My brother says his head is "thumping" after he rides a exercise bike.He says it is not painful , just weird. After his heart rate settles down it goes away.
It is like his heartbeat is in his brain.
He is on the bike only 10 – 20 minutes , not like hours.
He is 6′4" 285 lbs
Yes he drinks water , it is along both sides of his head. Not really at the top or back of his head.

My in-laws were going to sell us their exercise bike, but when we got it home the screen that shows time, heart rate, etc., would light up when you peddled (it’s self energizing), but none of the info would come up. Nothing at all. It was just blank. Well for one, it’s been in their garage for a whole year (it get’s super hot in the summer), and the fact that before that her daycare kids were climbing all over it and pushing the buttons.
They tried to say that we must have done something to it. My mother-in-law said, "Well it was working just fine at our house!" So my husband asked her when the last time was she’d tested it out. She told him a year. Then we asked how old it was…….15 years old, at least.
So anyway, we just want to know how long they hold up for? Especially since her daycare kids were messing with it. My husband told me that his parents have been known to try to sell broken equipment to people, all the while telling them that it’s in good working condition

bored asked: do you see how there are two types of exercise bikes
there is one where your leaning against the chair
and another where you are upright as though
you are on a real bike
is there any difference between the workouts you get?
which one do you think is better for you and helps you break a
sweat?
